Collaborate: The Power of Network
To shift the campaign debate from access to broader health care reform, NEHI gathered 150 senior health care leaders, including top health care policy advisers from the key presidential campaigns, for an open dialogue resulting in rare consensus.
Research: The Power of Evidence
Part of the challenge of reducing waste in health care -- spending that could be eliminated without reducing quality of care -- is to identify it. In three research reports, NEHI has compiled the strongest case to date for the need and the means to address wasteful and inefficient care.
Transform: The Power of Change
Following the release of NEHI research demonstrating the effectiveness of computerized physician order entry in reducing medication errors, leading payers and policymakers have taken steps to require that hospitals implement the technology.
