Public health problems outlined in report can be seen in Western Massachusetts

This week, the Healthy People/Healthy Economy coalition, with members that include state officials and public health advocates, released their first "report card" on public health in Massachusetts.
The grades were not promising; the state received no A's, five B's, two C's, four Ds, two F's, and one incomplete. Tom Hubbard is senior program director at NEHI, a national health policy group based in Cambridge and one of the lead members of the coalition....
