Ted Kennedy Jr. accepted an award on behalf of his dad at the 5th anniversary bash for the New England Healthcare Institute Wednesday at the Westin Copley Hotel. The Cambridge-based nonprofit health policy organization also honored a number of others for their collaboration, including: retired ad man Jack Connors, House speaker Sal DiMasi, Rev. Hurmon Hamilton, state Senator Richard T. Moore, Mitt Romney, Bob Travaglini, Harvard's Nancy Turnbull, and state Representative Patricia Walrath. Former arts reporter Joyce Kulhawik did the emcee honors.
