As Research Assistant, Katie Laurila supports NEHI’s policy programs through research, writing, and event management.
Prior to joining NEHI, Katie was a research intern at the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative, where she worked on policy recommendations for humanitarian organizations. She previously spent a year in Austria as a Fulbright Scholar, served as a Health Policy Fellow at Fenway Health, and worked as a clinical research assistant and intake coordinator at the Trauma Center at JRI.
Katie received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and German from Boston College and is currently an MPH candidate in Health Policy at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
